About This Role

Drive personal loan origination and processing. You’ll help individuals access credit quickly while ensuring
compliance with lending norms and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Source and process personal loan applications end-to-end
Assess borrower eligibility, documentation, and creditworthiness
Coordinate with lending partners for disbursement
Maintain loan portfolio quality and ensure timely follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years in personal loan sales or retail lending
Understanding of CIBIL scores, eligibility criteria, and loan products
Strong relationship management skills

Nice to Have

Existing customer or DSA network
Experience with digital lending platforms
