Once established, the worm culture self-replicates- the initial worm purchase is a one-time cost. The unit produces vermicompost (Rs. 7–12/kg), vermi wash liquid fertiliser (Rs. 50–80/litre), and surplus worm culture (Rs. 400–600/kg).
