About This Role

Drive personal loan origination and processing. You’ll help individuals access credit quickly while ensuring
compliance with lending norms and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and process personal loan applications end-to-end
  • Assess borrower eligibility, documentation, and creditworthiness
  • Coordinate with lending partners for disbursement
  • Maintain loan portfolio quality and ensure timely follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years in personal loan sales or retail lending
  • Understanding of CIBIL scores, eligibility criteria, and loan products
  • Strong relationship management skills

Nice to Have

  • Existing customer or DSA network
  • Experience with digital lending platforms
